A. Military life (central theme that depicts military environment)
B. People (person rather than environment emphasized)
C. Natural/Scenic (studies of animal, plant, wildlife, insects, landscape, seascape, air or underwater life, architectural & industrial as well as seasonal scenes)
D. Creative effects (created with a variety of camera, studio and darkroom techniques)
E. Computer Imaging and Enhancements (digital photo retouched or enhanced with computer programs such as Paint shop, Photoshop, Photo deluxe)
